I caught Riis and Beck dancing in the living room last night while I was making dinner. When I tried to dance with them, Beck said "Don't dance!", as always! Love Beck's air guitar and the Riis' attempts to breakdance! Beck is really feeling the music.
And, yes, they LOVE Pink! :)

Riis came downstairs just now with his arms folded over his chest and unfolded his arms saying "Ta-Daaa!" See the pics below. He was upstairs writing letters on his white board. I don't know how he managed to write his name on his CHEST! Pretty impressive. :)

I took the kids to Legoland today and realized when I pulled up to the parking lot that I had made the wrong decision. 4 1/2 of the 5 lots were full of cars! The sea of people made it quite an overwhelming day for the boys and we didn't have the greatest day, to say the LEAST! Usually, we love Legoland, but today I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there.

We went to Tivoli yesterday with some of our friends - it was Halloween week there. We got to go on some rides and the playground and then we got to carve pumpkins! The kids were quite happy. They both, so nicely, said "Thank you for taking us to Tivoli." just before falling fast asleep. (they were pooped!) Needless to say, they had so much fun!
"I'm crazy pumpkin head man, gimme some candy!" (Beck was really scared of this guy)

Riis will be 5 in a month and it's hard to believe! It seems like yesterday that we were living in our one bedroom apartment in West Roxbury with our brand new baby boy. 5 years has gone by so quickly and Riis hasn't stopped making us laugh since day one. He says some of the funniest things I've ever heard. Here is the most recent thing that had us rolling:
Dag: "Riis, did you see that old house back there?"
Riis: "Yeah, it looks like a damaged pancake!"
Riis decided to do his own hair the other day - Stylin'!
This poor duck bath tub has a hole, but that doesn't stop my children from using it.
